Order Timeline
Our company processes all products within 1 to 3 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description. Products with customization are made to order, while others can be pre-made and ready to ship. Both are handmade by Golden Days Designs in our studio. Our commitment to a fast processing time remains the same, even though your order might be customized.

Handmade Disclaimer
The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.

Custom Orders
We always love creating new products from scratch.

Custom orders can have a lengthier processing time.

Shipping
Our company ships through the following carriers:

International Shipping

Unfortunately, at this time we are not offering International shipping.

Shipping Cost Calculations
We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

Shipping Timeline
Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 1 to 3 days to be handmade and packaged for shipping.

Returns & Cancellations
We gladly accept returns and cancellations under the following conditions:

Contact us within 30 days of delivery
Ship items back promptly after return approval
Request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase

We don’t accept exchanges, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:

Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless item arrives damaged or defective). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Returns & Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange or return an item, send us an email at admin@goldendaysdesigns.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are not returnable.
